Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elevate MSP platform ("the Platform"), operated by Europa IT, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Elevate MSP is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for managed service providers (MSPs). The Platform includes purpose-built tools for client onboarding, pricing, and workflow management, with integrations to third-party services including Autotask, TimeZest, Microsoft Calendar, Google Calendar, and Slack.

2. Account and Access

Access to the Platform requires an account, created either through an administrator invitation or self-registration. You may sign in using Microsoft 365 SSO, Google SSO, or email and password via Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

You retain ownership of all data you create within the Platform, including onboarding records, task details, notes, time entries, pricing models, templates, and proposals. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is logically isolated within our multi-tenant architecture and is not accessible to other organizations.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Autotask, TimeZest, Microsoft Calendar, Google Calendar, Slack). These integrations are configured by your organization's administrator. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of service of third-party platforms. Your use of integrated services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Google API Services

If you connect Google Calendar, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Calendar data only to create and manage events you explicitly schedule through the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Data Deletion

Deleted records are retained for 30 days to allow recovery, after which they are permanently removed. You may request complete deletion of your organization's data by contacting us. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Europa IT, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Europa IT, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
